We loved our stay & the staff were very friendly and helpful However since return I am disappointed that I have had a double ( higher rates) charge debited from my card & although promised an immediate refund I have still yet to receive this & have now had to contact customer services

The girl who received us was so gentle and kind. She helped a lot. Our room was ready before check-in time and we didn't have to wait, so lucky.

Staff was really helpful suleman and other night staff really good. We arrived late it was coffee fresh orange juice and everything for free.
